Send the offer before you order. Email info@fruitdesk.co.uk with the competitor’s live offer link or a dated screenshot, its full terms, your required fruit quantity, delivery frequency and office postcode. Do not send payment details.
Compare the same delivery. The offer must be currently available from Fruit4London, Ripe or Fruitful Office for delivery to your office in our confirmed delivery area. We compare the same fruit quantity, a broadly comparable fruit mix and quality, and the same delivery frequency, including mandatory delivery charges, fees and applicable taxes. Different box counts alone do not establish a match.
Special offers are included. Publicly advertised money-off promotions, public discount codes and introductory prices qualify where you meet the competitor’s eligibility conditions. We match the lower delivered price for the same number of deliveries or promotional period, including any required minimum order or subscription commitment. A temporary offer does not become a permanent discount.
What is excluded. Free sample boxes, gifts, cashback, loyalty rewards, staff-only or privately negotiated discounts, unavailable or expired offers, and clear pricing errors are excluded.
